Storytelling
through Painting

I paint, as I often write, about things that interest me. In my early twenties, I wrote a poem about Giordano Bruno, burnt at the stake for insisting that the earth revolves around the sun, not the other way around.

Resonates with me

"I like facts, I like knowledge, I like having wide interests. There are various ways of describing such a person—dilettante might be one way and polymath might be another."

—Tom Stoppard, playwright

Figurative painting

In 2022, I returned to painting, often integrating text.
